Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Expert to join our team. As a Mobile Expert, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile devices, accessories, and service plans
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot device issues
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques

Requirements:

- Prior experience in technology sales or a related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to sell and promote products effectively
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
