Responsibilities:- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
- Make warm calls to interested customers.
- Deliver excellent service: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage accounts: Build and maintain customer relationships for ongoing business.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Laptop and/or iPad
- High-Speed Internet
- Quiet Work Space
- Follow-up skills, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills are a must in this role
- Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
