Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Make warm calls to interested customers.
  • Deliver excellent service: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage accounts: Build and maintain customer relationships for ongoing business.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
  • One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended) .
  • Excellent Listening and Communication Skills.
  • Laptop and/or iPad.
  • High-Speed Internet.
  • Quiet Work Space.
