Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs
  • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
  • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals
  • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
  • Engage in proactive outreach by making warm calls to customers who have expressed interest in our products or services. Establish a personal connection, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus
  • High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus
