The Retail Outsource specializes in in-store and out-store sales performance management. Mobile Insight provides real-time field reporting and business intelligence. The Consumer Insight offers full-service customer experience analysis.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Brand Representative. The Brand Representative will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including representing the brand, providing exceptional customer service, creating brand awareness, and effective communication. The Brand Representative will act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in brand ambassadorship and customer service
- Knowledge and understanding of brand awareness strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in sales or retail is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
