Job DescriptionPayroll RunnerLooking For: Looking for a responsible and friendly individual with excellent and safe driving and directional skills who can deliver payrolls to clients and run errands in a safe and timely manner while providing superior customer service to clients and assisting staff as needed. May assist with clerical and office duties as well.
Job Title: Payroll Runner
Pay: Base of $12/hr
Department: Accounts Receivable Department
Location: Corporate Headquarters and In the Field
Work Schedule: Thursday - Friday (8-5)
Summary: Deliver Payroll. In addition to delivering payrolls in a timely manner, runners travel to purchase office supplies, pick up documents from clients, take cars for washes and maintenance, or run errands.

- Deliver payrolls in a professional and timely manner
- Make sure payment is received when payroll is delivered
- Keep up with maintenance of vehicles
- Run errands
- Assist with Payroll Duties
- Assist with Internal Quality Control as needed
- Collect Fed-Ex
- Other duties as needed or assigned by management
- Valid Driver’s License
- Safe Driving History
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Knowledge of maps and directions for greater El Paso area
- Experience is preferred but not required
