Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential supermarket clients within the designated territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective supermarket clients.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product tastings with potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of Table 87's product offerings, including our premium frozen pizza line.
- Educate clients on product benefits, quality, and usage to drive interest and sales.
- Develop and deliver promotional materials and product samples to clients.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the supermarket sector.
- Strong knowledge of the supermarket market, including key players, trends, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will be considered.
