A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE ASSOCIATE MANAGER, DIGITAL AND OFF-PREMISES SALES
In this Associate Manager, Digital and Off-Premises Sales role, you will Implement and execute the Digital sales roadmap, redefining customer convenience through the digitalization of Off-Premises Sales such as Catering, and 1st and 3rd party delivery. You will drive system level Delivery and Off Premise promotional calendars, providing franchisee consultation across marketing mix and develop a consumer path to purchase plan. You will serve as the point of contact and with leading delivery service providers (DSPs) like Door Dash, UberEATS, Grub Hub, Post Mates, EzCater, and Bite Squad. You will participate in regional and cross-functional planning meetings. The Associate Manager, Digital and Off Premise Sales will act as a conduit for the Digital Engagement team to in internal business stakeholders as well as the Franchise community.
In this role you will identify new trends in the Mobile ordering, Delivery and Off-Premises space and make recommendations related to promotional spend. Additionally, you will measure and report on the performance of all Delivery and Off-Premise Sales campaigns against KPIs to determine ROI.
The objective of this role is to continually drive off-premises sales and profitability throughout the franchise and corporate system.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSOCIATE MANAGER, DIGITAL AND OFF-PREMISES SALES
Are you self-motivated and able to operate with minimal supervision? Are you able to understand and present data, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders? Are you personable and able to create strong relationships with both vendors and coworkers? Do you have excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing?
