As a Team Member, your primary goal is to provide excellent service and delicious food in a fast-paced environment that leaves guests feeling satisfied, appreciated, and ready to come back for more. All Team Members are trained in various positions throughout the restaurant and will have the ability to work in any position. After training, Team Members are placed in a more defined position that best suits skills and abilities as well as the needs of the restaurant.
