Position Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator-Specialty Clinic is responsible for providing coordination of the provider’s surgery and clinic schedules. This is a clerical position which is the first line representative to the hospitals and surgery centers and is responsible for scheduling operative procedures. This position works as a team member of the clinic. Work situations are routine and require organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. Internal contacts include providers, office staff members, hospital and surgery center scheduling staff and management throughout MHS. External contacts include patients, scheduling staff from non-MultiCare facilities, insurance company representatives and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.Two years clerical experience in a medical environment
Education/Licenses/Certifications
Post high school office procedures training preferred.

Compensation Range:
M13 - Min: $20.63-Max: $29.69
