ASSOCIATE RECRUITER

SHIFT: Full-Time, Days (On-Site and in the community)
STARTING RATE: $20.00/hr. ($20.00 - $24.00/hr., depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Associate Recruiter will assist with research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization, supporting facilities in their recruitment efforts. Facility Recruiters are responsible for assisting in employee retention initiatives.

RESPONCIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Attends and participates in community, college and facility sponsored job fairs and recruitment events
• Travel's to all three of our locations as needed (Beacon, Fishkill, and Highland NY)
• Performs other duties as assigned
