- AGENCY MUST SUPPLY RADIATION BADGE* X-Ray Tech Main Hospital Daily Caseload per tech: Varies Shift: Will work 3x12hrs Saturday-Monday 7pm-7:30am with holidays as needed Is on-call REQ? Call rotation for weekly call, 3-4 days/month. Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Floating to other buildings on the same campus may be required Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1yr First-timers accepted: Yes, travel experience preferred Experience Required: OR/C-Arm experience Experience Preferred: Trauma experience Certs/Lic Required: AHA BLS Certification/Licenses accepted: ARRT (R) and SCRQSA (R) Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Misc. Open to accommodating block schedule? Approval prior to assignment, but not guaranteed. Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending State License accepted: SC license must be in hand prior to start RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Teaching Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma: Magnet, Teaching and Level 1 Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 865 Scrub Color: Teal Top/Black Bottoms Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Nights and weekends only. One time payment of $20 for a parking pass.
