Shift: 4x10s (6:45am to 5:15pm) or 5x8s (6:45am to 3:15pm), with 4x10s, the day off will rotate
# of OR’s: 9 OR’s
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, call is required (will vary based on the number of CSTs)
Weekend REQ: Weekends - on call
Will this traveler float between service lines? (Y/N) Yes
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N) No
Required/PreferredYears of experience REQ: 2 years minimum
First time travelers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
National Certs REQ: BLS, NBSTSA. MUSC does NOT accept NCCT
Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
Types of Cases REQ: General Surgery, Robotics, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Gynecology, Eyes, Urology, ENT

Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs
Local Radius: 60-mile radius rule
Locals Accepted: (Y/N) Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
