Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Bellaire, Michigan.
Job Description & Requirements
Submission Requirements
2 Years Experience - RequiredTravel experience requiredBLS (AHA or ARC) - RequiredCovid Vaccine - strongly encouraged -- (if declining, mandated to wear a mask) --Clinician MUST be able & willing to work the set schedule created by the Facility. BLOCK scheduling cannot be accommodated at this timeMUST have completed at least '1' successful assignment with submitting agency (note on work history)Agency Submitting Requirements:Work History including explanation of any gaps in employment surpassing 3 monthsSkills checklist for pertinent specialtyAt least 1 supervisor reference from within the previous two years --- 2nd MUST be obtained prior/during onboarding --- MI LPN licenseapplicable certifications... if required per the submittal/certification requirementsCOVID vaccination card, if applicableAgency MI iCHAT must be active

About The FacilityMeadow Brook Medical Care Facility is owned and operated by the residents of Antrim County under the direction of the Antrim County Human Services Board, Governing Board of Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility.133-bed long term care facility located in Bellaire, MITo enhance the quality of life in the community by providing the highest level of healthcare to our residents by:Emphasizing disease prevention, health promotion, and wellnessParticipating in community activities & encouraging the community to support the activities of Meadow Brook.Managing our resources to meet the needs of our residents in the community.Scheduling: Every other weekend along with 2 shifts during the week to make 36 hours per week. Block scheduling CANNOT be guaranteed. Client operates on a Sunday-Saturday schedule so there may be scheduling on Sunday or Saturday the two days during the week equating to 36 hrs/week. Timesheets are not to be signed by the Facility. Timesheets will be uploaded unsigned to TRIO for AHSA & Meadow Brook MCF review.Agency MUST have mandated State of Michigan ICHAT account set up prior to submittal as it may take 3 weeks to be set up with an account.You haven't submitted any candidates for this job.
