Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Vandalia, Illinois.

Submission Requirements
3 Years of Experience - RequiredTelemetry Experience (able to read telemetry strip and document on them) - RequiredCare for cardiac, respiratory, gastrointestinal, ortho patients (knee and hip replacements), etc. Ability to do body system assessments accurately, interpret vital signs, implement patient care plans, patient/family education, pass medications, oversee LPNs/CNAs that are under the RN directionBLS & ACLS (AHA) - RequiredIL RN License - RequiredCompetent in managing MedSurg/Telemetry type drips - Heparin, Cardizem, etc - RequiredKnowledgeable of care for post-op knee replacement and post-op hip replacement care - RequiredProfile Requirements: Work historySkills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory References with dates employed listedCandidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)

It operates a two-hospital system, consisting of Sarah Bush Lincoln based in Mattoon, IL which has 169 beds, and SBL Fayette County Hospital based in Vandalia, IL, with 25 beds.
