- VT license or proof of app required, IVS does interviews AND offers Must have exp. in a large, teaching facility and Travel Experience is pref. Can apply for VT license at time of offer Covid and Flu declinations accpeted. This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR,? Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. must have correct dates, correct # of travel experiences, and education degree date must match the date on Nursys Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended
