Job Responsibilities:

Program and set up grinding machines
Interpret complex part drawings
Operate grinding equipment and perform adjustments
Verify part specifications using metrology methods
Develop tooling for complex parts
Troubleshoot issues to meet production goals
Collaborate with teams to resolve problems
Ensure safety and follow procedures
Assist with special projects as needed
Meet productivity and quality standards

Basic Hiring Criteria:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read blueprints and other technical drawings
CNC background, lathing, and other CNC operator experience familiar changing their own tools
