The position is TEMP TO HIRE

Shift and rate available:
2nd shift but will train on 1st shift for 2 weeks
2:30 P.M - 11:00 P.M
Pay Rate: $27.60 - $29.90

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Perform skilled technician work and apply knowledge of the design and function combination of education, training and/or work, providing reasonable assurance that the required knowledge and skills have been acquired by the applicant.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Skills
• Highly technical and detail-oriented
• Specification interpretation –read and interpret engineering blueprints and specification sheets for a wide variety of devices and components
• Ability to read schematic drawings
• Soldering – working with a soldering iron is essential, attach very small components to circuit boards and other devices using solder and flux
• Testing and quality assurance – ensure that devices and components work consistently and correctly, so some familiarity with testing and quality assurance procedures is important
• Attention to detail - high level of attention to detail.
• Communication skills – work as part of a fabrication team, so effective communication with other assemblers, engineers, and product designers is vital

Education and/or Experience
• A combination of education, training, work, and/or other life experience which would provide reasonable assurance that the required knowledge and skills have been acquired by the applicant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IPC Certifications: IPC J-STD certificate-Required
IPC 620 certificate-Required
IPC 610 certificate-Preferred
