- Devise procedures to solve complex problems, including analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications
- Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
- Support procurement technology compliance activities with new technologies and upgrades to existing solutions
- Provide data analysis and process improvement support for internal Procurement operations throughout the section
- Provide PMO support for the unit, including strategic planning efforts across the section
- MS Excel (for data analysis)
- MS PowerPoint (briefings and policy slick sheets)
- MS Word (review of step-by-steps, SOPs, and policy guides)
- MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, and BI)
- Outlook (should know how to create rulesets, manage distros and shared mailboxes, etc)
- SharePoint (2013 and 2019)
- Financial systems familiarization (should understand workflows for transaction management)
- Experience comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents
- Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues
- Ability to solve problems involving complex situations
- Ability to draft clear communications for distribution across multiple teams within an organization
- Experience with design, creation, and implementation of applications created using MS PowerApps
- Experience with design, creation, and implementation of tools/visual displays using MS Power BI
- Experience supporting multiple lines of effort across multiple workstreams (particularly within finance/procurement organizations)
