Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service and support to customers.
- Promptly responding to all customer emails.
- Speak directly with customers regarding orders, proofs and deliveries.
- Follow job status through all stages and communicate with sales and customers regarding any issues.
- Accurately enter job orders in ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with all departments regarding any production issues.
- Prepare quotes as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of customer service and data entry experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient in Excel
