Position Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Generate new customer qualified sales leads by identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling, etc.

- Conduct high volume prospecting to be defined to qualify leads through calls and emails

- Responsible for managing the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of new and existing customers.

- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify any concerns, investigate, resolve problems, and respond to customer inquiries.

- Achieve / exceed quarterly targets including lead qualification, lead referral and follow up, forecasts, and sales goals

- Develop client relationships, manages the proposal effort, develop and deliver client presentations, and assists in client and consultant issue resolution

- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or above

- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industry

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis

- Be highly motivated, ambitious and have a passion for problem solving

- Excellent follow-up and responsiveness

- Flexible to travel

- Minimum of three years of sales experience in Label and Packaging

- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Strong business acumen, able to spot the trends and opportunities.
