The New Construction Project Manager is responsible for the training and performance of Crew Leads, Crews, and Drivers/Runners. The New Construction Project Manager will work to ensure that each Crew they are responsible for is operating at peak performance and meeting Tadlock Roofing’s Mission to make a difference in the lives of our fellow employees, communities in which we live and serve, and our Industry. This role is a hands-on job and is expected to spend a majority of their time in the field. New Construction Project Manager’s will be expected to be on the ground leaders with their Crews and Crew Leads, as well as be point on ensuring customer and client satisfaction with a focus on Safety, Quality, and On Time Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA) Crew Leads, Crews, and Drivers/Runners.
• Managing all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) at each of their jobs and within each of their assigned Crews.
• Communication with construction managers throughout the territory to be prepared for dry in following sheeting inspection on new con structures
• Schedule pickup and deliver materials for dry in
• Schedule labor for the dry in install and monitor crew
• Coordinate any shortage in materials and return overages to vendor
• Schedule delivery on shingles 
• Schedule pickup and deliver materials for shingle install
• Schedule Labor for Shingle install and monitor crew
• Schedule QAC after completion
• Reschedules due to weather and construction delays are a large factor – manage these changes
• Update acculynx on job status
• Jobs completed and crew payroll for all crews assigned to these jobs payroll weekly
