You must have prior multi-family construction experience to qualify for this position.

The Assistant Site Superintendent is responsible for supporting the Site Superintendent in the entire construction project from mobilization to completion, by providing the knowledge, skill and experience to run day-to-day operations on the job site. The Assistant Site Superintendents' top priority is field coordination, working closely with the Subcontractor(s) to ensure that they are always focused on quality and workmanship that meet industry standards. The daily direction and coordination of the Assistant Site Superintendent ensures that the work is carried out safely, correctly, within budget and on schedule.

**Minimum two years' experience in multi-family housing construction, framing, and PM&E.

High School Diploma/GED and a valid drivers license required.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
