Location: Bronx, NY

Compensation: $84,000 - $92,000/year

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Program Director Include:

• Program Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring clients receive necessary services and maintaining program compliance and quality improvement.
• Staff Management: Manage recruitment, retention, and training of staff. Supervise Assistant Program Directors and coordinate staff training on HIV/AIDS, mental illness, and substance abuse.
• Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and address correspondence and deficiencies from audits. Ensure timely completion of progress reports, client satisfaction surveys, and program goals.
• Lease and Occupancy Management: Oversee lease renewals and maintain occupancy rates at 95%.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate HIV/AIDS services with community services to close service gaps. Provide emergency interventions as needed.
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement new scatter site units in high-need areas. Conduct staff trainings and workshops.

Qualifications of the Program Director Include:

• 5-7 years of administrative experience in Scatter Site Housing Programs.
• Valid NYS LCSW-R, LCSW or LMSW licensure required.
• Direct service experience with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and mental illness.
• Extensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS program guidelines and regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; advanced HIV/AIDS training a plus.
