Location: Ambler, PA

Schedule: M-F 9a-5p with an On Call rotation that is a 7-day block of after-hour and weekend support

Pay: $89k/year $15,000 sign on bonus

Specialization: a home-care environment to four (4) medically fragile adults with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the house
• Provide direct supervision to house staff
• Ensure adherence to all standard practices and procedures
• Coordinate to ensure the highest quality of care for the residents
• Staff scheduling
• Other administrative tasks as needed.
