Position: HR Generalist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join the Tageos Inc. leadership team. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US-based team in all HR functions. This is a vital position that requires a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and best practices.

· Review, creation and Implementation of company Policies and Procedures

Required skills:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge and experience:
· 5 years of HR experience in a 24-hour manufacturing environment.
· Bachelors degree. (HR or business related studies preferred)
· Demonstrated knowledge of labor relations and compliance.
· Experience in recruitment and selection processes.
· Established interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact across all levels of an organization.
· Proven record of integrity and ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
· Strong computer and data management skills.
· Sound influencing, coaching, and mentoring skills.
· Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
· Project management and continuous improvement skills.
