This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and quality assurance processes. This includes developing and implementing quality standards, conducting audits, analyzing data and trends, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality standards and processes
  • Ability to conduct audits, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in qualifying RF components a big plus
  • Experience in product and test engineering and OSAT a big plus
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
