Looking to leverage your mechanical engineering to serve as a key resource in multi-million dollar Biotech projects? We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer- SME to support large-scale CapEx projects within the Biotech industry.

Projects variety examples:

• Overseeing a variety of mechanical systems (critical systems, non-critical systems and GMP critical systems) for Biotech construction projects.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

• Assists project manager or line manager within project leadership in planning and delivering defined work scope on a project to meet agreed schedule and budget.
• Assist C&Q team in system start-up, commissioning and qualification of systems and co-ordination of supplier/vendor.
• Actively manage supplier/ vendor performance to meet project quality, costs and schedule. And supports wider supplier relationship management activities including escalation.
• Contributes to the planning and execution of sourcing strategy for projects or programs, including negotiation, appointment, control and integration of vendors and internal partners.

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Ten or more years of total experience including three or more years within Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences industry.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Extensive experience with non-critical, critical, and GMP critical mechanical systems.
• Experience with reviewing mechanical design packages.
