Summary
As an Administrative Assistant at Tailored Home Solutions, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the company. This position is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality cleaning services while maintaining a positive client experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support office staff and technicians by handling calls, messages, and questions.
- Assist with follow-up sales calls and customer inquiries.
- Prepare onboarding packets, maintain supplies, and keep inventory organized.
- Print and distribute forms, letters, and email announcements.
- Order and manage office, cleaning, and equipment supplies.
- Mix and refill cleaning solutions, restock technician kits, and maintain tools.
- Organize team recognition efforts, including birthdays, anniversaries, and special events.
- Keep the office neat and stocked—manage uniforms, snacks, toiletries, and office organization.
- Maintain records, track key stats, and file paperwork.
- Use tact and discretion with sensitive information and exercise good judgment in decision-making.
- Balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally in person, by email, and by phone.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with email, databases, and basic office technology.
- Friendly, professional communication style.
- Experience as a personal assistant or clerk is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred:
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- 1–2 years of administrative experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
