We're looking for a Customer Service Representative , working in Insurance industry in Visalia, California, 93291, United States .
- Take 15-20 calls per hour from company sales agents. 99% of calls are from company sales agents, 1% of calls may be from customers. All calls are inbound - rare outbound calls may be required if unable to answer customer's questions.
- Research questions from agents and provide answers - typically regarding application status or application needs.
