Role: Data Entry Associate Representative
Location : Nashville TN
Schedule: Monday- Friday, standard business hours*
Assignment Length : through 03/31/2025, opportunity for extension/conversion pending performance, attendance, and business need.
Target Start Date: 07/08/2024

Role Summary:

• The data entry associate is responsible for all requirements pertaining to processing and recording Medicare Advantage member return mail. This includes following CMS compliant processes, detailed research across eligibility source systems, and decisioning.

• Ability to deal with multiple issues at one time.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Critical thinking and ability to make decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
• Attention to detail.
• Reviewing, investigating, and resolving issues quickly
• Understand regulatory processes and guidelines related to return mail processing.
• Comfortable working with multiple user interfaces and source systems at one time
• Data entry experience

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a background check including employment and education verifications and a urinalysis drug screening.
