Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. As our organization transitions to a scaled agile model, this role requires expertise in both traditional project management and scaled agile methodologies. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Release Train Engineering and a proven ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver strategic initiatives, including business, operational, and IT deliverables.
• Ensure high-caliber end results with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefits.
• Direct large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, overseeing every phase from initiation to completion.
• Rigorously manage scope to meet time, cost, and quality commitments.
• Validate financial forecasts and cost assumptions, providing ongoing reconciliation of resources and expenditures.
• Collaborate with resource managers to forecast resource capacity and reconcile actual time spent against forecasts.
• Define and track project milestones, maintaining and reporting on an integrated delivery plan.
• Manage risks and issues at the project level, addressing interdependencies and potential obstacles.
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices.
• Foster effective team relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate problem-solving, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and mentor team members to remove roadblocks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both traditional project management and scaled agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Release Train Engineering.
• Ability to adapt and excel in an environment characterized by ambiguity and rapid change.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer).
• 6 years of project management experience, including significant experience in scaled agile environments.
