Tailored Management is Hiring a Lab Manager I New Near Redmond, WA

Job Description: Onsite in Redmond, WA
Bill Rate: ***/hour
ResponsibilitiesManage on-site program replenishments and disbursements. Record and track material on hand against the BOM for upcoming builds and projects (verify packing slip, order confirmation, QC inspection).
Responsible for stockroom duties to include shipping and receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions related to material management.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Shipping and Logistics team for inbound/outbound shipments. Track and update status by ensuring accountability and follow through by our shipping department.
Follow well defined procedures as outlined by best practices, SOP�s, and Work Instructions. Take direction from the Site Supervisor/Manager regarding daily duties.
Communicate with management any customer issues or potential problems. Work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
QualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy with analytical skills to reconcile various reports to ensure build/projects deadlines are met. Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent customer service, communication, and people skills to deal with various levels of personnel. Strong competence with spreadsheet functionality (Google sheet`s, MS office, etc.).
Anticipate team and project needs and proactively provide solutions and assistance. Comfort in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
2 years of inventory management experience preferred working in a lab/assembly environment or similar. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
