Job Description:
This role is responsible for all administration support aspects of the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) support organization. This position will support multiple teams within the organization, with particular focus on the SERVO team. SERVO is a Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) database.
Responsibilities:
Actively monitor the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) activities on a daily basis.
Be a team player within the company, support existing and new projects in support of the MOC operation.
As a specialist within the group, promote positive morale within the teams and support the MOC organization.
Generate reports to support MOC and customer activities.
Work with the various teams supporting the MOC with focus on supporting the SERVO team with SAP transactions and in developing best practices and lean concepts to ensure improved efficiency
Act as a focal point between MOC and the SERVO team with the focus to improve efficiency and accuracy of the processes
Produce and execute daily work plan and propose changes to the procedure when needed.
Meet with leadership to discuss and implement operational changes to update and improve procedures.
Review the issues with the SERVO team that arise and find resolutions quickly; targeted to improve customer satisfaction with SAP and SERVO.
Identify and initiate procedural and product documentation improvements.
Perform Liveworqs, SERVO and SAP transactions and corrections on a daily basis
Perform other duties to support the ever changing MOC operation
Skills:
1 year of Aircraft tools/parts experience, inventory parts/materials and/or aircraft maintenance experience
Minimum of 1 year of operational experience with SAP
1 year of relevant experience/working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Capable of working flexible shifts including, nights, weekends and holidays
Must be flexible and willing to adjust workload as required
Must be willing to travel domestically to alternate work sites when needed
Must be willing and able to obtain an airport SIDA badge
Consistent display of interest in interdepartmental correspondence
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work both independently or in a team setting
Regular attendance and punctuality is required
Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the culture and values
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver License and a record that meets insurance standards
Must pass a 7 year background check and drug test
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Administrative Experience (generating reports, Working with SAP, Managing inventories)
Working knowledge of Trax ERP software preferred
Able to prioritize and make decisions in the best interest of the department, team, business
Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision
