Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare perfectly pulled shots of espresso!
• Prepare Tailwind signature coffee drinks to recipe specifications
• Interact with customers in a positive upbeat manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Cash handling
• Quick serve food preparation
• Work with a Team to provide the best customer experience

Qualification/Skills:

• Barista experience
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation

Shift: Morning, evening and weekend shifts available.

Pay: $11.00 per hour
