Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Take Over, a premier retail beauty store specializing in nail and lash supplies. This part-time seasonal position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Hours of employment would be

Thursdays 2pm-7pm

Fridays 2pm-7pm

Saturdays 2pm-7pm

Sundays 10am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in selecting nail and lash products, offering expert advice and recommendations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Sales and Transactions:

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Stocking and Merchandising:

• Stock shelves with new products and ensure displays are attractive and well-organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest nail and lash trends and product offerings.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nail and lash products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
