Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Provide instruction in various hands-on STEM experiments.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
- Attend meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or babysitting setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Experience in sports coaching or special education is a plus
- First aid certification is preferred

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom materials, and keep track of student progress
- Patience and empathy to work with students of different abilities and backgrounds
- Adaptability to adjust teaching methods based on individual student needs
- Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
