Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences in a restaurant or hotel setting.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables
- Assist in taking food and beverage orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
- Process payments using POS systems like Aloha POS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure prompt service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food service preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
