Job Description
We are seeking an CIO Office Project Manager to join our team. The person will work directly with the CIO who can take priorities, with a strong personality, to help manage stakeholders and time. They are looking for a practical person, who is firm and professional with stakeholders. This person will need to make the department work, to be a facilitator.
Role and responsibilities

• Internal and External Stakeholder Management
• Assist the CIO with the day-to-day management of the IT department, including scheduling of management meetings, internal department initiatives, and coordination of deliverables for HO, Compliance, Audit, and RAD.
• Regarding meetings:
• Perform triage and gatekeeping to optimize time management
• In coordination with the CIO, setting and maintaining BAU deliverable timelines and objectives
• Managing internal IT projects in cooperation with business, RAD, and other IT teams
• Analyzing budget data
• Creating reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

The salary range for this role is US$85,000 - US$130,000
