Job Title: Document/Scanner Specialist (Experience Required)
Job Duties:

• Assist with scanning (regular and wide) documents to PDF, network driver, and discs
• Prep work to be scan, and destruction of files.
• Use the scan station for wide format scanning and Kodak Writer.
• Assist with checking and loading jobs on manual and digital machines, OMR Scanner, Optical Readers.
• Able to operate Windows Software.
• Operate or monitor machines

Job Requirements:

• Experience in mail processing, postal services, printing services, production scanning, any administrative support, production work involving setting up, or hand production work may substitute for the required education on a year for year basis.
• Must effectively communicating orally, in writing and by telephone.
• Must follow instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have basic computer knowledge
