- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders, providing regular status updates and performance metrics.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Teams, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential project issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Experience with change management processes and tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
