Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems to ensure equipment availability and functionality.
- Execute electrical repairs and maintenance efficiently, adhering to applicable codes and standards.
- Perform tasks using diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications, along with various tools and measuring instruments.
- Participate actively in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to enhance quality, safety, process efficiency, material flow, and employee development.
- Uphold Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards by following safety protocols and procedures for working with electricity and industrial equipment; reporting incidents or hazards immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification and experience.
- Directly related experience in manufacturing/industrial setting; including, proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, reading electrical prints, and logical problem-solving for equipment diagnosis and repair.
- Familiarity with PLCs, CNC Controls, Servos, Spindles, and Microns is advantageous.
- Capability to work from heights, operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles (PIV), and use hoists and cranes.
- Ability to persevere, even under challenging conditions.

- Excellent communication skills, tailoring your message for the audience.
- Must be availability to work 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, overtime as needed.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus
