Talascend is currently seeking a Financial Manager-Analyst for a contract opportunity located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
DURATION: One year with possible extension
LOCATION: Ridgefield Park, NJ-Hybrid Role
W2 AssignmentPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for analyzing financial data for eCommerce Business Planning, identifying trends, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing financial reports, conduct monthly P&L reconciliations, supporting budgeting and planning processes, and providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance and drive business growth within the eCommerce organization. Role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Company’s objectives. This includes the following:

- Monthly P&L Analysis (Plan vs. Actuals).
- Root-cause analysis for variance in revenue & profit.
- Root-cause analysis of Below CGS sales orders.
- Other ad hoc financial analysis requests.
- Top Three Skills:
- Forecast Modeling experience.
- Effective Communicator.
- Finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong knowledge of forecast modeling and basic P&L Management.
- Prior experience in a consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer preferred, but not required.
- Ability to navigate the Company’s organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
- Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau preferred.
- Bilingual English and Korean language preferred, but not required.
