OVERVIEW: The Machine Operator will be responsible for operations of roasting process for coffee beans.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document bean specifications at different stages of the process.
- Operate roaster controls.
- Follow all safety rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Calibrate and perform light maintenance on roaster equipment.
- Sample bean for roast levels and composition.
- Operate fork lift trucks.
- Follow all HACCP programs.
- Having the ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Complete OJT as required.
- Review and sign job SOP.
- Pass written exam.
- Perform tasks and show proficiency without assistance, approved by the trainer
