Additionally, this role will involve overseeing the repair check-in process, shipping and receiving and rental/repair logistics.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate tool rental for their job needs.
- Place rental orders and ensure they are prepared and shipped out on time.
- Ensure customers receive the proper tool for the job and provide quotes for rental and repair services.
- Conduct inspection to ensure the tool is ready to ship, and verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Address any customer concerns and communicate repair updates.
- Work directly with the Repair Manager to manage the repair process.
- Oversee the repair check-in process, including entering customer and repair information.
- Assist with counterwork, including answering inquiries and processing orders.
- Follow up with customers to provide quotes and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Shipping and receiving for both rental and repair.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of experience or previous experience in tool rental and repair coordination preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
