DURATION: One year with possible extension
LOCATION: Plano, TX; Hybrid; 09:00AM – 06:00PM CST
NOTE: US Citizens or Perm Residents for W2 Assignment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage financial processes such as creating and managing Campaign, Execution Order, Payment creation, etc.
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial data processed in the NERP system.
- Responsible for reconciling marketing invoices with the supporting documents submitted by the vendors
- Collaborate with channel marketing managers to make sure marketing programs are created on a timely manner.
- Manage aging of Execution Order aging and close it on timely manner
- Work with Finance manager in preparing Bi-weekly forecast submission
- Generate required reporting to validate payments and resolve discrepancies and variances
- Responsible for finance/reporting, financial data analytics and support ad-hoc activities
- Analyze actual spending data and update accruals
- Finance Experience.
- Forecast and Budgeting experience.
- Marketing/Sales or Retail experience.
- SAP or ERP experience; Advanced Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of directly related experience is required.
- Prior experience in retail finance/marketing/sales preferred.
- Must have accounting experience utilizing SAP or ERP software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with solid advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - support Marketing Dept/Stakeholders.#ind123
