Taldeco is looking for Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician's in Gallatin, TN!

$28-$36 /hr depending on experience

Job Description:

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to established procedures and maintenance schedules
• Identify and replace worn or defective parts, such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors, before they cause equipment failures or breakdowns
• Perform predictive maintenance tasks, such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis, to detect potential equipment failures and address them proactively
• Equipment Setup and Changeovers: Assist in the setup, calibration, and changeover of manufacturing equipment to support production requirements and minimize downtime between product runs

Qualifications:

• Must have Industrial Maintenance experience
• Must be able to troubleshoot both mechanically and electrically
