Title: Field Service Technician - CNC Machinist
Location: Houston, TX
Required Skills And Responsibilities
- Provide customers with maintenance, repair, and installation assistance of machine tools via phone or going onsite
- Creating and updating documentation of technical information.
- Develop ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to Service
- Provide assistance and training to Customer’s Service Engineers on the installation and maintenance of newer product lines.
- Build strong customer service relationships with customers.
- Manage difficult customer situations in a positive manner and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time to customer
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
- Experience working with manufacturing machines
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence ladder diagrams.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- IoT experience is plus
- Employee to work onsite in the corporate office when not visiting customers.
- $85,000-$100,000
- Overtime pay
