Qualifications
- Strong background in banking, financial services, and customer service
- Proficiency in basic math, including cash handling, debits & credits, and financial calculations
- Experience in financial sales, loan origination, and upselling is highly desirable
- Knowledge of customer relationship management and relationship management techniques
- Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection methods
- Ability to process loans and manage loan applications effectively
- Skilled in cash management, cash register operations, and retail math
- Proficient in 10 key typing for accurate and efficient data entry
- Certification or training in math-related fields is a plus
