Purpose The Specialist, Resource Planning interfaces between Sales, Operations, and Robotics and is responsible for the transparency and the smooth information flow between those parties involved. Responsibilities Optimize the utilization of the tool fleet by coordinating the existing resources, mainly robots and related equipment on a global base Identification of missing parts in an early stage of a project and initiates action items to mitigate them Coordinates and schedules available tools and parts for all pipeline inspection projects within the company globally, with the aim of optimizing the planning and utilization of the present resources by acting as interface amongst various departments. Supports the conflict management of available tools based on inspection project request Identifies missing parts when planning for future projects, initiates and monitors filling gaps while continuously communicating updates to the impacted project teams/departments Executes the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in cooperation with all parties involved Contributes to global standardization process and documentation improvements Contributes to the reporting by maintaining data to the relevant systems and evaluating specified KPI´s Other duties as assigned Requirements/Qualifications A vocational training, apprenticeship or similar education in Commercial, Technical or related field is required A bachelor's degree relating to operations and logistics, engineering, science, or project management education is preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in resource planning (disposition, production planning, maintenance planning), is required Intermediate technical knowledge of NDT tool fleet and used technology Proficient in spoken and written EnglishAdvanced knowledge of planning software Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Intermediate knowledge of Project Management skills Skillset Excellent knowledge of organizational and time management skills Ability for multitasking Proactive attitude Good communication skills Think out of the box mindset Passionate for new knowledge Experience in an international and culturally diverse environment
